This privacy policy sets out how Strategy Plus uses and protects any information given by you when using our website www.strategy-plus.net.

Strategy Plus is committed to ensuring that the privacy of all our users is protected. For this reason, should we ask you to share any information with us, you can be assured that it will only be used with discretion, in accordance with this privacy policy.

What we collect

Strategy Plus may collect the following information:

  • Name and job title
  • Contact information including email address
  • Website address
  • Reasons for enquiry
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the information

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Answer enquiries
  • Review your Social Media activity, Website or SEO when you request it after filling the forms on our website
  • Improve our online marketing services
  • Send you information which we think you may find interesting, if you signed up for our monthly newsletter
  • We may also use your email address, if you signed up for our monthly newsletter, to contact you for market research purposes

Where we hold the information

We download and process the information we receive from you to provide you with a better service. Whilst we do download your information, we only hold it on our computers for a maximum of 30 days, following which, we delete all data from our devices and permanently from our recycle bin. We upload the information for record and use on the following software:

  • Google Drive
  • Xero
  • Apptivo
  • GoCardless
  • Monkey Tree
  • Mailchimp
  • MailerLite

Once we upload the information on the list of software above your information is protected under their Data Processing, Security and Privacy Terms. You can find more information on their DPA and Security terms below:

Third parties, (in our case Inform Accounting), have access to two of our software: Xero and GoCardless, and can therefore access some of the information our clients share with us. Inform Accounting will not download any of your data on their devices and your information will remain confidential.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place suitable physical and electronic measures to secure and safely keep the information we collect from you online.

How we use cookies
