GOOGLE ADS PARTNER
If you need instant results then Google is the first place to go. The Google Ad platform consists of Search, Shopping, YouTube and a Display Network reaching 90% of people online.
Powerful Ad Platform
The Ad platform is hugely powerful, allowing various:
- Targeting – Demographics, Intent, Retargeting etc.
- Goals – Brand Awareness, Customer Engagement, Leads and Revenue.
- Creatives – Text, Products, Videos, Images etc.
This comes with complications and to ensure your budget is maximised, you need a qualified manager in charge of your campaigns. Not only to get the most out of individual campaigns but ensure they work with one another and within a comprehensive strategy.
Our PPC Management Account Figures
Here are the KPIs for just one of our Google Ad management accounts.
We pride ourselves on only tracking conversions that really matter to you. For example, we never track calls directly from ads, as these are typically low-quality enquiries unless you are a restaurant, taxi business, or emergency call-out service. We believe quality calls will only come from those who have landed on your site and taken the time to understand more about your business.
PPC is essential for increased sales
Ideally, you don’t want to have to pay for brand awareness, website traffic, leads or sales. Unfortunately even the most successful brands creating the most amazing content will always have to use ads at some point.
Limited Organic Results
Why? Because all the popular channels such as Google and Facebook are money-making organisations. They make it harder and harder for you to generate the desired results organically.
Instant Results
PPC can generate instant results, and allow you to test website pages and campaigns within days. If you have promotions, launches, one-off events etc. where you have to maximise your returns in a short space of time, this can rarely be done organically.
AI
With the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Google in particular have created a number of incredible tools to maximise your return.
Tracking Success
We always ensure Google Analytics (GA4) is set up correctly so you can see exactly what is generating increased reach, traffic, leads and sales for your business. Within weeks you will have a good idea as to whether PPC will be profitable for you.
Why do you need a PPC agency?
Devoted Experts
The beauty of an agency is that all we do is Digital, we are surrounded by others in the same field and some that have been in the game for decades.
Experience
We have experience not only across decades but across countless sectors whether they are B2B or B2C. We have developed proven strategies for start-ups with no previous PPC and established brands with existing campaigns in place.
Latest Developments
We know what has worked in the past and are up to date with the very latest developments in each of the ad platforms, from Google shopping to Facebook retargeting.
Flexible
The greatest advantage of using a PPC agency, of course, is that you can sack us with 30 days’ notice, you only pay for the hours we work and you don’t have to train us!
How can we help you?
Achieve Your Goals
We can help with a variety of goals and it’s important to start our conversation with exactly that. We always work towards clear measurable goals. Typically with PPC, this would be a Cost Per Acquisition or Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
However, some campaigns could be all about launching a brand and increasing awareness and engagement, amongst the target audience.
Targeting
Digital advertising has become complex because of the variety of targeting methods and choice of assets e.g. Text, video, dynamic image ads etc. These options also offer huge potential, whether you would like to target based on interests and searches or to retarget people based on their behaviour.
Strategy
We will always create a unique Strategy based on our DNS methodology:
Diagnose – SWOT analysis and SMART goals
Navigate – Agree on the rules by which we should act e.g. cost per acquisition
Act – Holistic tactics to achieve the goals
How much do we charge for PPC management?
Like all of our services, we charge based on the time we invest in your project. As against other PPC agencies, we do not charge based on a percentage of your ad spend (with a minimum charge). We don’t do this because we don’t believe that we deserve double the fees if you double your ad spend.
Goal Focusses
We agree on the goals to be achieved and the campaign work required for the first few months. From this we can quote based on the time it will take to perform that work.
For a typical campaign using both search and social, we suggest two half days of work a month – £525+vat.
(We have charged as little as half a day and as much as 3 days per month)
Just like all our services we are flexible and happy to increase or decrease the support month by month.

The 4 Stages of Google Ad Success
1. Quality Traffic
The first objective is to get the right kind of traffic through to your site. How do we know this? We can see the actual search terms being used to generate clicks. These need to look relevant and have the right intent.
We can also look at KPIS within Analytics such as the average number of pages viewed, time on site and other engagement signals to show that the PPC traffic is genuine.
2. Conversions
Ultimately we are looking to achieve conversions on the website. These conversions should be agreed upon at the start and tracked correctly using Google Analytics (GA4). Conversions such as Form Fills, Telephone Calls, Sale (E-commerce), Appointment Booking etc.
3. Improved CPA
Now that you have conversion data we need to look at the Cost Per Action/Acquisition (CPA) and work to reduce it. However, we do have to be careful to get qualitative feedback from you, the client. If the CPA looks too good to be true, it usually is. What we mean by this is that we may be generating low-quality conversions e.g. for non-E-commerce websites we may be achieving form fills by people looking for a product or service at a price you don’t cater for.
4. Scaling
Once you have started to achieve regular conversions at the right CPA, how do you increase the number within this campaign and others?
There may be simple ways such as increasing the budget for a campaign, but you may overestimate the capacity/demand which will mean your CPA will increase.
You might be able to simply replicate one campaign but change the product or service you are promoting/targeting. However, competition may be tougher and search terms may be harder to find.
With experience and the right methodology, we can scale with the minimum budget wasted.
